Tonight Cleous Young will talk about the relationship between adversity and adventure (or the yin and yang of adversity), highlighting that a balanced relationship between theses two elements brings forward a missing essential virtue in our life. He will share information that has been secretly kept from our understanding. So, join us with an open mind, as we explore the yin and yang of adversity. Lecture, Q&A and group discussion to follow. Refreshments will be served.

Keeping your cool” during the holiday is so important during these stressful and tumultuous times. The spiritual practice of meditation will allow you to come to a grounded and peaceful place where you are always in balance.
